1、 Chemical composition

Core elements:

Carbon (C) ≤ 0.08%, chromium (Cr) 18-20%, nickel (Ni) 8-10.5% 34.

Manganese (Mn) ≤ 2.0%, silicon (Si) ≤ 1.0%, phosphorus (P) ≤ 0.045%, sulfur (S) ≤ 0.03%.

Tensile strength ≥ 515 MPa (solid solution state), can reach 1035 MPa after cold processing

High temperature stability below 800 ℃, stable performance, short-term tolerance to 1200 ℃

3、 Processing and welding characteristics

Cold processing:

Supporting cold rolling, stamping and other processes, work hardening significantly improves strength (tensile strength can reach 1035 MPa), but intermediate annealing (800-1150 ℃) is required to eliminate residual stress.

Hot processing:

It is recommended to operate within the temperature range of 650-850 ℃ to avoid the risk of intergranular corrosion.

Weldability:

Suitable for TIG and MIG welding, recommended welding materials are E308/E309.

Thick plate welding requires post weld heat treatment to restore corrosion resistance.
