Main components: Chromium (Cr) 17.0-19.5%, Nickel (Ni) 8.0-11.0%, and Iron (Fe) as the matrix.

Other elements: carbon (C) ≤ 0.08%, silicon (Si) ≤ 1.0%, manganese (Mn) ≤ 2.0%, phosphorus (P) ≤ 0.045%, sulfur (S) ≤ 0.03%.

Physical performance

Density: 7.93 g/cm ³, melting point: 1398-1454 ℃.

Thermal conductivity: 16.3 W/(m · K) at 100 ℃.

Hardness: HB ≤ 201, HRB ≤ 92, HV ≤ 210.

Mechanical performance

Tensile strength: ≥ 515-1035 MPa, yield strength: ≥ 263.8 MPa.

Elongation rate: ≥ 40-46.7%.

2、 Processing performance

Cold/hot workability: suitable for cold processing such as stamping and bending, and can be forged or hot-rolled at high temperatures.

Weldability: Supports various welding methods such as TIG and MIG, maintaining corrosion resistance and mechanical properties after welding.
