Carbon (C): ≤ 0.08%, low-carbon design reduces intergranular corrosion tendency and improves welding performance.

Chromium (Cr): 17.00-20.00%, forming a dense chromium oxide protective film, providing corrosion resistance.

Nickel (Ni): 8.00-11.00%, stabilizes austenite structure, enhances acid resistance and low-temperature toughness.

2、 Other alloying elements

Manganese (Mn): ≤ 2.00%, improves mechanical strength and thermal processing performance.

Silicon (Si): ≤ 1.00%, enhances oxidation resistance.

Phosphorus (P): ≤ 0.045%, Sulfur (S): ≤ 0.030%, control impurity content to optimize processing performance.

Japanese standard (SUS304): Cr 17.00-19.00%, Ni 8.00-10.50%.

ASTM 304: Cr 18.00-20.00%, Ni 8.00-10.50%.

National standard (06Cr19Ni10): Consistent with the Japanese standard range, Cr 17.00-19.00%, Ni 8.00-11.00%.
